We feel this place rivals the Morgan house in Lee, Massachusetts, for great home-cooked food, served in a vintage authentic feeling environment. Pricing is very reasonable. The interior has an older, quaint, small room type feel to it, but the service is friendly and the prices are reasonable. This is well worth a stop if you're traveling on Route 8 and you need some good home-style food.

Always fun... Full of interesting characters... Great food!

While on our way to Otis on 20 west we decided to eat at the New Boston Inn. Quality service. Great staff. Told us a lot of history about the place. Since were from Illinois were not familiar with the area. Must stop and eat.

We stopped there for lunch on our way home from girls weekend. The place has a ton of charm. It was decorated for Halloween. It was very hot. We sat in the pub to eat off the pub menu. It would have been nice if they turned on the a/c. It was hot. The food was okay at best. I ordered a soda. The syrup was running low. I ordered the quesadilla and salad. The salad was lettuce. Browned at that. The quesadilla was cold. I added veggies to it. The veggies were cold and in turn the cheese didn't melt. For $15....i would expect something a little better. I guess when there isn't much around and options are minimal you can do what you want and serve average food at best

A very original and historic inn. Absolutely worth a stop. We only had coffee, beer and desert. They don't have fancy coffee, but it was a satisfactory stop with great dessert.
